This was a replacement for our previous Lavazza machine which stopped working after 5-6 years. This was the closest replacement although our milk frother, purchased at same time as original machine but a separate item, is still working so didn't really need a new one....

I don't usually write any reviews on here but had to for this machine, it's absolutely fantastic! I used to have an illy Francis which had a manual milk frother - probably the best machine I have ever owned and made a great coffee (I am a bit of a coffee snob!)...
